Please help guys.

Basically I bought my iPhone with my email address and apple id. This was a whole ago. Then I bought another iPhone for someone and used the same apple Id and app store email as my own (stupidly I know).

The problem is I have just purchased an iPad and when trying to sync all my apps I noticed all my friends apps have come up!!!! How do I sort this out??? They are on iOS 4.2.1 so dont have iCloud

My question is- how do I get rid of them using my user id- ie cjange it on their phone? is there a way? Or do they have to reset their phone to register with another apple id???

Or could I just make myself a new apple id on my iPhone and iPad and start again???

I would really appreciate your help guys. Thanks

I would have him first change his apple id on his phone.

On the ipad if you go to the app store and go to "Purchased" and just swipe across an app, you can HIDE it. Not sure if it reflects on your iphone app store. Check it out.

Thanks for your reply. How do I get someone to change their apple id? Thanks

I dunno... dinner and drinks? Just ask him and he can change it in settings under "Store"
Hi I tried that but it doesn't let me change my iCloud account. Do you know how I can do this?

Try icloud settings?
There isn't any option for Icloud settings. When I go to general, settings then iCloud, it just has my old email address under account. But I can't change this. I there a way? I can't seem to change to change it.

Thanks a lot

Settings > iCloud > Delete Account ( Large RED bar)

Then set-up your new icloud account.
