Problem with iCloud password and login

    Hi, I hope someone can help. It's perhaps a silly question, but I'm not very techie.

    My daughter contacted me to say she can't log in to her icloud account, and her emails aren't coming through from icloud either. She hasn't changed the password (it's saying wrong password) and hasn't entered it wrongly too many times. She knows the password for certain. Also, I just noticed today that all my texts sent to her (we both have iphones) are sending 'green', when they usually send blue. She will definitely have either wifi or 3g for sure.

    Are the two things linked? Is it possible that she's been hacked? She can't get to a computer for a couple of hours yet to investigate more. It's worrying me that someone's is merrily spending money on her itunes account.

    Any ideas very welcome! Thank you.

    The green texts sounds like iCloud (and therefore Messages) is shut off on her device.

    Have her give you her password then you login to this page and look at the account for activity or try a password reset.
