Resolved Problem with image upload ?

I tired to upload an image but get only a transparent rectangle, one line height in preview and threat. Do we have an issue in this area ? It would be a jpg via iPad/Safari.

Update: Thanks to Admins and Mods, life is back to normal and looks stable.
