problem with imanage

have problem with macbook pro in activity monitor have process imanage this process taking about 64.59GB memory i can and this process but after few second come back and start taking from 400MG in the few second up to50 or 60GB what to do happened when i upgrade to YOSEMITE what i should do.please help.
