Problem with iPhoto - Facebook integration

Guys,

iPhoto can't synchronize with facebook anymore. It tries to update the albums, but to no avail. I can't publish new albums on facebook through facebook either.

I'm using 10.6.2 and all the latest updates have been installed. Is that a known problem or is it just me ?

I tried to disconnect iPhoto from facebook and then put my fb username/password again in facebook (which semt to work fine), but same results in the end...

From a guy on facebook :

"Actually guys, just figured it out, at least for me - Quit iPhoto, go to your Home folder / Library / Preferences / com.apple.iphoto and delete that preference file. Then restart iPhoto and it was suddenly fixed for me!"

Should I go for that solution ? Won't it cause more problems than it solves ?
