I have an issue with logging in with my iMessages and FaceTime service on my early 2011 macbook pro 15.
When I try to log in with my data it says please contact Apple customer support by phone with a certain customer code number. The print screen is in the link.
However I am perfectly fine logged in with my iPhone and my iPad and have no issue with that.
Since my country is not listed in the Apple support it is kinda hard for me give them a phone call. (And I don't wanna call them anyway)
Is there an alternative way to contact Apple customer support to solve this issues with iMessages and FaceTime.
    Thank you

I;ve had the same problem since installing Yosemite.

Not the serial number issue some users have had.

I did a fresh rebuild of my rMBP and have met this problem too. I also find that>Photos, iCloud Drive and iCloud Notes, all cannot access the server. But these functions on the computer are working ok.

The problem is not the inconvenience, but the horrible mess you can get into, trying to find out what you have done wrong. I also tried putting on Two Factor Authentication, and resetting the keychain, but these actions made it far worse.

If you haven't done it, hold off doing a full install of 10.11.4 a while!
