Problem with MacBook Pro - working when lid is closed

Hello,

I have problem with my MacBook Pro. When I close lid my Mac isn't go to sleep and still working.

When I do it at night then morning is battery empty.

Can you tell where could be problem? and my mac will go sleep when I will close the lid?

Try rebooting the MBP making sure no apps are running and close the lid to see if then sleeps

This, but try booting in Safe mode (hold the left Shift key when powering on, releasing Shift once you see the Apple with a progress bar underneath) to disable third party extensions and add-ons as well.

Also, you may have a corrupted sleep image that is preventing the Mac from sleeping. If safe mode had the same result then run this command in Terminal (you'll be asked for your password) and try again.

sudo rm /private/var/vm/sleepimage
