Is there a way for me to delete the pushed emails on my iphone, but not my Imac desktop?
 
No. MobileMe email is set up as IMAP on your phone, so anything you do on one end is reflected on the other. Best thing to do would be to create some folders and move messages you don't want to see on your phone to those.
