I am curious if anyone knows a solution to get a cd that was created on a dell (just a bunch of digital pictures) to mount on my mac desktop. I have tested the disc on a pc and it works fine. I would like to import the pics into my iphoto library but i cant even get the disc to mount on my g4 running panther 10.3.9

any suggestions?

Are you sure the CD is not mounting? If you open up a Finder window, do you see the CD in the sidebar?

If it is mounting but not appearing on the desktop, then there is a Finder preference you can change to make it show up.

If it is not mounting then that is peculiar, assuming it was written in a standard format. I presume you have no problems with other CDs, so maybe try re-burning using different media?
