iPod touch problem with my Ipod Touch 4g

My ipod touch 4g freezes like every 5 minutes and when i play music or videos, its either automatically pause or it just makes weird sounds. Sometimes it makes buzzing noise and after that the sound disappear.

I tried to restore it many times but i didnt work. so PLEASE HELP

I suppose it's no longer under warranty?
Might be water damage, take it to the Apple store and get them to diagnose the problem.
