The problem of my 1st gen Time Capsule is it has to verify my backup before starting backup. However, while it is verifying my backup, it uses my SSD space! It took me 7GB space(a file called "MacBook Pro backup.bundle" is being created)! When I saw that, I pressd stop verification. Then Time Capsule start backing up normally. It seems if I stop the verification, it do no harm to my Mac or my backup. How can I prevent it doing verification again? I don't want my SSD being killed by this function.

Have you ever let the verification complete?

I don't believe Time Machine needs to do this every time it backs up, only occasionally.
