So when someone calls me and they reach my voicemail, the automated voice begins to play then gets cut off for a few seconds and then it'll continue with my personal greeting. I tried it myself by calling from my landline and it does it every time...something's definitely not right. Anyone experience this problem before? Should I contact AT&T?

Probably. Or you could just use Google Voice or Yap! as your voicemail. You I use Yap! and I love it. Much better then At&t's visual voicemail.

You should dial 611 from you phone to get assistance with your problem.

I tried activating Google voice's voicemail on my iPhone, but it still doesn't work.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I'm trying to get help from customer support, but currently on hold right now.
