Problem with Network Card in Windows

Hi guys,

I have a Mac Mini which I am dual booting with Windows 7. It automatically boots into Windows by default (enterprise environment) and the network works fine

But when we boot into OS X then restart the machine and it reloads in Windows without a network connection :confused:

We are using an Ethernet cable and we HAVE to boot into Windows :(
