Problem with Option GlobeSurfer iCon 7.2 software on Leopard

I was upgraded from Tiger to Leopard, when on my Tiger OS, my Modem running with perfect, but after upgraded to Leopard, my modem stop working.

My Modem is Option GlobeSurfer iCon 7.2, this is 3.5G modems.

What's should I do to fix it?
