    Hi all,

I have encountered a pretty big problem with parental controls. I only had one account on my machine at the time, and decided to enable parental controls to help block certain websites to try stop wasting time.
When I activated parental controls and restarted and logged in, however, that the parental controls dialog box would not take my password. I double checked to ensure that I was putting my correct name and password in, however I could not get the pane to accept my login. This is incredibly frustrating because I cannot get any sort of internet access, nor can I change the settings to stop parental controls.

I looked under the accounts tab in settings, and it lists only my account and the guest account. Both of them say "Managed". Basically I need to close parental controls, need an admin access to change this, but no admin seems to exist on my machine.

I know this sounds like some kid trying to bypass his parents on his computer, but I am in college and I own this Mac. If needed, I can show a picture of the user list showing the two managed accounts that are the only accounts shown.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
