I have always been able to view the HD videos on Safari. However, this evening I tried to open a HD film and I got the following message.

I checked and every type of Quicktime bit in Safari doesn't work.

Please help!
:confused::confused::confused:

I've just tested and seem to be having the same issue. It's related to only having QuickTime Player X on my machine, which at the moment is very limited in what it can do. Apple recommend to install QuickTime Player 7 as well. I'm about to try this now and will report back whether it is successful.

Instructions

Well, that's interesting. It appears that if you install QuickTime Player 7, restart the Mac, run QuickTime Player 7, then try to open the clip it will play....but not every time. A little bit messed up that :confused:

OK cheers, I will try and post back if it works.

Thanks again
