Problem with restoring from iCloud with iPhone 6

Hey

I am having an issue whihc is I can't restore my whatsapp messages from iCloud. when I frist set the whatsapp I see no backup found and under it a sentence "back up size 717mb" so how is that? and how can I fix it? knowing that I have rested my phone to factory 2 times and did't work
