When i saw the new jailbreak method, I decided to upgrade my iPhone 3GS to 4.0.1. 3 days later I jailbroke my iPhone and allowed cydia to save my shsh.
But cydia says it has shsh for iOs 4.0 on file, instead of 4.0.1. But this shouldn't be possible, because Apple wouldnt allow me to store shsh for 4.0.

Anyone knows which FW i now have?

There is only one way to check what Cydia has. Download tiny umbrella and run it multiple times in advance mode to check what cydia has. Run it for each version of software eg 4 and 4.0.1. The report you get will tell you what is saved and what is not.
