Problem with superdrive?

Hi, i have purchase a new macbook alu. When I tried to insert a cd or dvd, sometimes it get blocked by the half, and i have to extract it and insert again. is this normal?

What's this, "half" you speak of?

Is it just getting blocked halfway in?

yes, only when i try to insert it pressing up the disk
