Problem with Time Servers?

My mini loses about 1/2 minute every day. When I switch the time server to another one it resets itself but it then goes on to lose the next day. Has anyone else seen an issue with the time not updating correctly in Mavericks?

I use the apple time server and don;t notice any issues.

My bad. For some reason Hands Off! closed off the ntpd port 123. Once opened again, ntpd appears to be resyncing.
