Problem with two screens

This worked before and I just cannot solve it!
Two screens with apps full screen one screen gets a black background so its unusable I want to be abel to sidewards swipe each full screen app independently on each screen

Hi,

in System preferences / Mission Control, tick the "Displays have separate spaces" box.

Logout/Login required.
