Hey everyone, I have searched, but I may have searched the wrong wording.

I picked up an imac g4 that work was going to get rid of. they had wiped the drive and reinstalled from scratch, so it was OSX 10.1 I have gone through the setup, and started to run system updates, the software updates all went well until this stupid ipod update, and I cannot deselect it, or make it inactive. Any ideas what to do?

Thanks already, you are all the best!

Brad

Upgrade to Panther (Mac OS X 10.3) or Tiger (Mac OS X 10.4). The others are not worth your time (although some people still use Jaguar).
