Problem with web page in FireFox and Safari

Hi everyone. I take Cisco classes and I have been trying to log into the online academy and it doesn't load. The page is a jsp page. I've tried in FireFox and Safari. Neither work. I have been using Windows XP for now to log in but I'd rather just use Mac OS X. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? Thanks.

I can't really give a link because it only happens when I log in. I'm going to try another browser.

Hmm. It didn't work for either Opera or Tominated browser.
