Hi - wondering if anyone can help. I have a wireless kodak printer (6.1) that was working absolutely fine, but suddenly can't seem to find my computer or my wife's anymore (and our computers can't see it either).

The printer itself is definitely on the wireless network according to the router.
It works fine when i plug it in via USB so the printer is wired.
I have the latest software and drivers for it.

The problem happened around the time I changed routers when we switched our internet to BT - not sure if this is a coincidence or not, as both the printer and the computers are all happily connected to the router!

Any ideas much appreciated :)

If they are all on the wireless LAN, and you are sure that the printer is working, then that makes me think there is a hostname resolution problem. For example, your computer is looking for "PRINTER1", but your router doesn't know what "PRINTER1" is. Maybe it only knows that there is some device on 192.168.x.x.

I would suggest trying to connect to the printer using its IP address, see if that helps.

Thanks for the advice. Turns out it WAS to do with the router settings - a bit of fiddling with that sorted it.
