That's weird, because the Workout app always floats my most frequently done workouts to the top and buries the ones I never/rarely do. In fact, watchOS 26 is the first time the watch is smart enough to figure out that every Monday I do a 4 mile run, every Tuesday I do a 6.5 mile run, every Thursday I do a 10k run, etc. Through watchOS 11 it always had the 6.5 mile run at the top, no matter which day of the week it was.
