Problem with .zip files/Archive Util

I downloaded a .zip file with some music in and when ever I try to uncompress it I get Error 1 Operation not permitted.

Any one have any idea what this could be, i've not had this issue before and I know that the .zip file isnt password protected or anything.

Maybe the zip is just corrupted. Can anyone else try it on another system for you?

Ill try it on my moms macbook now.
Also I have downloaded 4 .zip files today and2 of them have opened fine but the other 2 (this one included) give an error
