problems about photo syncing using iCloud between iPhone and mac

I sync my photos on iPhone to my Macbook using iCloud photo streaming.

The problem is, when I deleted a photo in the iPhoto app on my Macbook, the photo I deleted was still there on my iPhone.

How to make all the photos on these two devices exactly the same? Thanks.
