Carrier Problems after Verizon carrier update 19.1

I decided to go ahead and download the carrier update 19.1 on my iPhone 6. Now I'm having trouble with getting my voicemail and making calls. I was really surprised by this because I usually have this problems making and receiving calls at work outside my work building but I'm having trouble now. And I only so use to didn't have problems making and receiving calls in the basement and being heard by the caller on the other end but I'm having these problems now. Is there any why to uninstall 19.1. Any tips are suggestions? Thank you

iOS 8.4 is out with Verizon carrier version 20.0, so perhaps that might behave differently?

Aside from that, the more typical suggestions of restarting the phone, resetting network settings, resetting all settings, down to restoring the phone might be worth trying when troubleshooting (if any of these haven't been already attempted).

I downloaded it today and my calls seem to be doing better.

Yes it's a little better

some people are having battery drain problems with 8.4.

BTW, I changed my settings in Cellular to for Enable LTE to " Voice and Data" That seemed to make the pages load faster on my iphone.

all that does is make it so you can use VoLTE, shouldnt effect page loading speeds.
