Hi, I'd been having this problem a little ago. Every time I click certain items on webpages the item im clicking "don't work". I've reseted cache, erased browsing history etc and doesn't work. Example: I was logging to ChatGPT and when I click the google account to log in, the click doesn't work. But when I use chrome it works perfectly. It happens to me using different web pages and are specific actions depending on the web page. Other example: I do question banks for my exams, while doing the exam everything is perfect but when I finished the exam and want to click the specific icon that takes me to the question revise part and see what I did wrong, that click on that specific icon (needed to see my wrong answers) don't work. Is strange. Everything works on chrome, so is Safari.

Are you using an ad-blocker? Do you have any browser extensions installed? If so, uninstall and see if that solves the problem. If it does, that will help you narrow down the culprit.

In Safari preferences > security, do you have javascript enabled?

I've read about a variety of problems that can be caused if you have iCloud private relay enabled. If you have it turned on, try turning it off and see if it makes a difference (go to System Preferences > Apple ID and un-check the Private Relay box)
