Problems installing 10.9.2

    How long should it normally take to update from the previous version? I've had a grey screen for 20 minutes since pressing restart, no progress box only the bar at the top of the screen saying "SoftwareUpdateLauncher" and nothing else seemingly happening.

    Okay then...

    In the App Store the message I am getting is just "restart" next to the 10.9.2 update... does this mean the update has already been downloaded and is waiting to be applied? If that is the case, where would the file be so I can delete it and try again?
