Hi folks,

I recently installed Windows 7 64 Bit on my Mac Book Pro Retina 15". Everything went well so far. Now I have the problem that I can't install the driver for the graphic card. I downloaded the newest driver from Nvidia and opened it on Windows. After the window 'check compatibility' it says 'couldn't detect graphic card'!

Does anyone know how to solve that problem? I tried an old driver too but no success. The graphic card is a Nvidia Geforce GT 650 M with 1 GB Ram.

Thx!

You have to use the bootcamp drivers - Apple has tailored driver software and you cannot use something you downloaded from the supplier.

Incorrect. Reference drivers will work, you need to make sure you've downloaded NVIDIA's Verde/notebook set. They are packaged separately from the desktop drivers.
