Problems installing Quickreply and Shrink...Help!

I am trying to install these packages and I have successfully installed backgrounder/winterboard/sbsettings. I have an iphone 4 jailbroken on 4.01 and when I try to install either of these too apps, cydia stays at the progress screen for a few seconds and all it says is "running" then cydia quits and the apps never get installed?
Has anyone else had this problem?

The servers that host those may still be overloaded. I had to wait until way late last night to get my shrink downloaded.
 
^^ when you tried to install shrink did cydia just quit before installing it?
