My computer model is mc373(2010 mid 15" mbp), Last week, I found my screen(Glossy screen 1400x900) is broken. So I bought an new HD matte screen from internet(LP154WE3-TLB2 1680x1050) and Replace it on my mbp. This time the problem came,When I put the brightness to the highest on SNOW LEOPARD, The highest brightness of the new screen is only about 60% of the original screen. But in win7 looks like everything is fine. then i try install ML, and everything on ml is fine too. but i don't like ML，I still want to use the snow leopard, how to solve it? My guess is the new screen(LP154WE3-TLB2) used in the 2011 mbp, but Snow Leopard released earlier than this, so SL does not have this screen driver.
