My computer model is mc373(2010 mid 15" mbp), Last week, I found my screen(Glossy screen 1400x900) is broken. So I bought an new HD matte screen from internet(LP154WE3-TLB2 1680x1050) and Replace it on my mbp. This time the problem came,When I put the brightness to the highest on SNOW LEOPARD, The highest brightness of the new screen is only about 60% of the original screen. But in win7 looks like everything is fine. then i try install ML, and everything on ml is fine too. but i don't like ML,I still want to use the snow leopard, how to solve it? My guess is the new screen(LP154WE3-TLB2) used in the 2011 mbp, but Snow Leopard released earlier than this, so SL does not have this screen driver.

Does anyone know how to solve? Can be replaced ml screen driver to Snow Leopard? thanks.
