here's the key guys. go to www.att.com. Login to your master account. REMOVE the shared texting plan. Remove all texting plans altogether. Now go to the Apple store and order. You should be good to go. Once complete, log back in and set it back up. It's ATT's fault. They are throwing an error because they did not code for a shared plan of texting so it locks the account (you can't change the texting plan if the other accounts want to use it). Anyway, happy ordering...it worked for me. i re-added the family texting plan after the order was complete.
