Hi, I'm hoping someone could shed some light on this issue I'm having, since none of the tech people I've talk to know what could be going wrong.

I work from home and I've used Entourage/Office for a very long time, 8 years, for everything work-related. I distribute mass email about 2-6 times a month to a group ranging 500-800 per distribution project. I break it down into several email accounts because there's 250 sending/receiving limit - about 200 email addresses per account. I did this without any problems, ever, till last week. It started giving me the error message: "Too many recipients". It doesn't even allow a group of 60 per email account!

I've spoken to my email/domain service provider, they say it's not on their end and to call my ISP. I called my ISP, they say nothing is blocked on their end and that they have no control over 3rd-party email services to filter or block. I thought it was my new Linksys router. But I turned off my firewall setting and nothing. I plugged my laptop directly to my ISP's modem. Nothing. I had my email service provider reset my email accounts and give me new ones. I set them up. Same error: "Too many recipients".

However, I noticed it does work when I switch to my personal outgoing server, but only when i send out to about 100 email addresses or so. It suppose to have a 250 email limit, as well. Could this be an issue with Entourage? I have Entourage 2004.

I don't know what to think or do anymore. Very frustrated and I would really appreciate anyone's help with this. 🙁 Thank you!!
