For various reasons, I have all my mail delivered to a box at a UPS store. For those unfamiliar, these aren’t like PO boxes where only the post office has access - It’s just a street address and a box number, just as if you were delivering to an apartment. Anyone from any shipping company or the USPS can just walk in and hand the package to anyone behind the counter (they will sign as needed) I’ve had everything delivered to this location for a long time, and never had any problems with any sort of shipment. However, when I called Apple to fix a problem with the address, the woman on the phone seemed convinced Apple would not be able to deliver to a UPS store, claiming that it hadn't worked in the past. This makes no sense to me, as it's indistinguishable from a home or apartment address from the shipper's perspective - it's the default address on my account, and it's under my name. I think she has bad info, but I'm curious if anyone else has shipped an iPhone to a UPS box before.
