Problems since update

Hi all

My daughter is 22 and registered Deaf/Blind. She has some hearing with her hearing aids. Her Iphone is her lifeline. Since the lastest couple of updates, her phone is not is not working like it was. I have been the Apple shop a few times and also called them for hours. It is having a massive effect on her mental health and she is really, really frustrated as its her life. I am reaching out for help as we are desperate

You would probably get help if you gave some details on what worked before the updates and now not working after updates. You have listed no issues.

Voiceover not working properly, doesnt read as it did
Doesnt scroll as it did
Log in to apps after every use
Phone calls not saying whos calling and i have followed prompts to fix this

Plus many more. She is aaleep at the moment so cant ask.
