Problems Syncing Folders with Me.com/iphone/outlook

I'm having problems syncing the folders on my Outlook 2003 on Windows PC, Mobile Me and iPhone.

If i move an email on my iphone into a folder, it will move it on mobile me but will stay in the inbox of mobile me at the same time however with outlook it does not like it at all and just doesn't complete the send/receive process.


Any ideas on how to solve this??

if i delete an item from my iphone mail it doesnt delete it from mobile me
if i delete emails from mobile me it doesnt delete them from my iphone

All the while outlook just isn't working at all! 😕
