Problems that have arised since updating to iOS 6

These all started after updating to iOS 6 still continue in 6.0.1

Frequent Crashing/Sluggish movements
When attempting to start a new Convo i can't access the texting part ( i write the persons name then i have to press "return" to be able to write my text can't just touch it anymore)
Sometimes when i'm texting someone it will be a blue bubble but it clearly says "sent as text"
Battery drains extremely fast after 50%

I have a 4S, out of warranty its never behaved like this before iOS 6

My phone would occasionally get caught in an animation for a few seconds and it was really annoying. I restarted the phone a week ago and it hasn't happened since. Other than that I haven't run into any problems (other than Siri directing me 15 miles away from my destination 😉).

LOL, I've learned not to trust maps from everything i've seen people post. Hopefully a 2nd restore fixes this.
