Problems when buying more space in iCloud

I have recently changed my apple-id, which went well for all my devices plus iCloud.

Now I want to change my storage capacity i iCloud, but when I have to finish and pay for my upgrade, the apple registered are still my old apple ID.

The old apple-id is cj(a)vip.XXXXXX.dk and the new one is 8tallet(a)XXXXXX.dk

Does any one have a solution for this problem ? ( I have used both Google, Apple help forum and this site to search for a solution.)
