I'm a newbie so apologies if this isn't the right forum...
I have a problem with a PQI Airbank. When I got it it was read-only when attached to my Mac mini, so I couldn't drop photo files into it,
2nd issue using the 'PQI' app on my iPhone 5c or iPad mini and the app is blank no buttons no files nothing. What am I supposed to do? I'm at a loss, pls can someone help? Need I format the airbank? What about that blank app?
