For the longest time I thought my shutdown problems with a few macs had something to do with third-party apps running in the background.
Now that I had time to investigate, I found that AFP mounts off our Xserve was the cause of it all.
Reason I blamed the likes of Adobe Bridge and Extensys Fusion was that they would come up with Log-off errors naming the above apps.
Now the problem is, how do I log-off cleanly without having to unmount all AFP mounts? Is there a script for something on the other end (Server)?

bump...
Actually does anyone know if there is a way to use AppleScript to dis-mount AFP shared points? Or is this on Server side? Any tips would be nice :)
