Problems with ANC and transparency

When transparency is turned on there is always a slight buzzing sound, with ANC turned on can still hear almost a lot of sounds including small noises and even whispers, not working as it should.

Is anyone else have these kind of similar problems?

Could mean you're not getting a good seal. Try other tip sizes.
