Problems with Apple Music and iTunes

Hey,

Long time no post .... anyway. I have a few problems with my devices. My Macbook Pro 2012 is running iTunes so slowly recently & it's really bugging me. Is there anything I can do to speed the system up with regards to this?

Also, I cannot sync a certain few albums to my iPhone 6 through Apple Music - this is music I can't download through Apple Music as I have downloaded it of a live performance. This is really bugging me as I love the particular albums.
