Problems with backing up!

Anyone else having problems backing up their iphone since upgrading to 3.0?? I've left it backing up for 4 hours now and the progress bar doesn't even move a bit! I have a 16gb iphone 3G with about 13 GB of data on it. It always took about 40 mins to back up in the past but nothing like this. I havn't managed a back up yet on 3.0.

it did that for me it would go pretty fast for 3/4 and the last 1/4 would not move at all.

Do This:
1) Close all programs; more rams so you cant go wrong
2) Sleep on it. u wake up its done!

I had the same problem.. I had one text message conversation with about 40,000 messages in it. I deleted it and it instantly backed up, not as fast as it does now, but took about 5-10 minutes.

Try removing data until the initial backup is complete, then re-add it..
