Hi,

Last week my charger "fried" (wires started coming through) but it worked when you put it in the right position it would charge just fine. AppleCare sent me a new one (Got it in less than 2 days) but now I think that my battery might have been damaged because of when I had to use it with the funky wiring. It does not seem to be charging as fully or as quickly as it did just last week. I got my MB in Sep. 06 and the battery has really held up. Assuming that this battery problem is not my imagination (which it might very well be since I have not done extensive testing) is there a chance that AppleCare will give me a new one even though I've had my MB for over 20 months? If not, should I buy a one? How much are they and where is the best place?

Thanks,
Ryan A
