I love my iPad Air except for one thing. I constantly have problems with copy/ paste using Safari. Is it a problem with Safari or the iPad itself like maybe memory?

What problems are you having, exactly? Is it selecting the text? Or it doesn't paste properly into whichever app you are trying to paste it into?
as Nightspring asked, are you enable to select the text or something happens after you press "Copy"?
