OSX has been doing some wierd stuff to me. I've been going around, changing icons to my hearts content. I renamed the documents folder, and pretty much changed every icon that appears on the sidebar. What ends up happening, is that often, the folders will revert themselves back. The applications folder is particularly troublesome. OSX also removed my renamed documents folder from the sidebar, and created another documents folder for itself (with the original icon) and put it back where it was on the sidebar. It even made its own folders inside, of which my ichats are now being logged in the new documents folder it made. I dunno, this seems very Windows XPish to me. Any thoughts?

OS X doesn't like you messing around with the names of its default folders. It messes with the system. The icons are OK, but not the names...
