Problems with flash drives

Hey all

I have a flash drive that I used in a linux install attempt that didn't go well, its left me with a drive that now has a small partition I can't delete. Anyone here have the same problem?

In the picture you posted, you've got the larger partition (27.9GB) selected. Could that be your problem? What happens if you select the small partition that you say you want to delete?

When I select the smaller partition the delete is ghosted not available

Reformat the ENTIRE drive.

If that doesn't work on the Mac, take it to a PC running Windows and try to do it on that.

If reformatting DOES WORK on the PC, TAKE IT BACK to the Mac, and try to reformat it once more using a Mac format (such as HFS+).
